Privacy Policy

01. Institutional Data Custody

PlayerXChange (PXCE) maintains the highest standards of data integrity and protection. We recognize that institutional participants require absolute confidentiality regarding their trading patterns, liquidity provision, and asset holdings.

02. On-Chain Transparency vs. Privacy

While all asset settlements occur on the PX-721 protocol for audit purposes, personal identity data is never stored on-chain. We utilize zero-knowledge frameworks where possible to verify institutional eligibility without compromising underlying sensitive information.

03. Information Security

PXCE utilizes AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit. Our security operations center (SOC) monitors for unauthorized access attempts at sub-millisecond intervals across all primary exchange nodes.
